Assembly 2026 is open to anyone whose company is a member of an EGGA national galvanizers association. If you are not sure if your company is a member – please ask us before registering.

Welcome – galvanizing companies from the Middle-East and North Africa!  In conjunction with our local partner, GALDER, delegates from these regions can register for Assembly 2026

Registration Fees

Turkish VAT at 20% is applicable to all delegate and ancillary fees

Plant Visits - Thursday 11 and Friday 12 June

Sightseeing Tours

Delegate registration fee includes:

• All lunches and coffee breaks associated with the meeting, including simultaneous interpretation between English, Turkish, French, German, Spanish, and Italian
• Documentation, including presentations in e-format
• Welcome Reception on 8 June
• Conference Dinner on 9 June

There is an additional charge for the optional visits to galvanizing plants on 11 & 12 June.

Accompanying Person’s fee includes:

• Welcome Reception on 8 June
• Conference Dinner on 9 June

Additional sightseeing tours available at extra cost.

How to Pay

The Registration fee must be paid by bank transfer or by credit card. Please ensure that you pay any charges levied by your bank so that these are not debited to the event account. Details on how to make your payment will be given at the end of your online registration process. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, download a pro-forma invoice at the end of your registration and make payment immediately.

GALDER Members: There are special arrangements for payments by bank transfer within Turkey. Contact GALDER for details or see the information provided with your invoice.

VAT

Assembly 2026 is organised in collaboration with GALDER.  It was required to operate the event for VAT purposes in Turkey and all invoices for delegate fees are raised, subject to 20% Turkish VAT, by our local partner “Genel Galvanizciler Dernegi GALDER Iktisadi Isletmesi” with Turkish VAT registration number 394 046 1507.  Payments are made as normal for EGGA events, through our conference agency, Worldspan (see below). Payment details are given on your VAT invoice.

Cancellation: Registration, Sightseeing and Plant Visits

• Cancellations received before 9 April 2026 – full refund
• Cancellations received between 9 April 2026 and 8 May 2026 – 50% refund of fees
• No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 9 May 2026
• Substitution of delegates is permitted at any time but must be notified in advance
• Plant Visits Group 4: Due to hotel and travel booking commitments, no refunds are possible after 9 April 2026
