Staff from EGGA - Galvanizing Europe and the International Zinc Association came together in Brussels for a productive working session on 2 December to further strengthen our long-standing collaboration. Together, we explored EU policy developments related to the environment, sustainability, the circular economy, and key regulatory issues affecting zinc. We exchanged valuable insights on life cycle assessments and carbon footprinting - areas where our work is increasingly interconnected. EGGA greatly values our close partnership with IZA across joint activities, and it is always beneficial to meet in person to review progress and define the next steps.
